Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Because our T-shirts are
printed to order , please allow this time for production and packaging before
shipment. In cases of high order volume, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping: [3-8] business days
Expedited Shipping: [2-3] business days 

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dog Parent Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@dogparentco.com within [7] days.

6. International Shipping
We currently ship to Worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
